At Lookyhear, all products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Digital Delivery

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital products will be made available for download through your customer account and/or via a download link sent to your registered email address.

In most cases, delivery is immediate. However, delivery times may vary due to payment verification, internet connectivity or temporary service interruptions.

Download Issues

If you experience any problems accessing your purchased files, please contact our support team at contact@lookyhear.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address during checkout.

• Downloading and securely storing purchased files.

• Ensuring their device and software are compatible with the purchased products.

Physical Products

Lookyhear currently does not ship physical products.

Should physical products become available in the future, this Shipping Policy will be updated to include shipping methods, delivery timeframes and associated costs.
